Taking profit of\u00a0Bit Experience conferences, Grass Valley, together with its distributor Crosspoint\u00a0, will present their approach as leading broadcast equipment manufacturer in today’s challenging\u00a0technology\u00a0change.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the title\u00a0“Future Broadcast Solutions. Grass Valley facing the new technological challenges (IP, 4K …) “, Manuel Paredes<\/strong>, regional sales manager of\u00a0GV\u00a0<\/strong>Iberia, will present the solutions that the North American manufacturer is developing to cover the current and future requirements posed by the change of television model and the new technologies.
\nWhat does 4K contribute to direct production and how to incorporate it into the current workflow with hardly any changes? How to migrate current installations based on baseband video to the inevitable IP platforms without this signifying traumatic changes? Is it possible to work in IP today with precision in the switching of sources? How to support the bit rates of the 4K signals in the broadcast chain? These are just some of the questions that we intend to answer through these 45-minute talks that will be repeated both days (Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18), in the morning (11.15h) and in the afternoon (4.30pm).<\/p>\n

In addition, in the room where the conferences will take place, there will be a small exhibition space where the new\u00a0LDX Universe<\/strong>\u00a0camera and its associated workflow will be presented for the first time in Spain. This camera allows switching according to needs between 4K, Super Slow Motion, Ultra Super Slow Motion, 3G or HD. In this way, you can configure any camera position or repetitions for the desired format with the corresponding temporary or perpetual license, without additional positions or extra equipment.<\/p>\n

Together with the K2 repeater system, the\u00a0LDX Universe<\/strong>\u00a0allows you to triple the options with the same rack space, same number of operators and same number of positions.<\/p>\n
